Did you perform the table height calibration?
‐ Go to “Mnt.6: Calibration” to perform table height calibration. It can help to improve
print quality.
Did you agitate ink in the cartridge?
‐ When “Shake XX Cartridge” message appears on the operation panel, agitate ink in the
cartridge.
Printer doesn’t expectedly
print (ink mottle, ink bleed or
faint print appears)
Is the media loaded correctly?
‐ Load the media correctly.
Did you perform Print quality adjustment?
‐ Perform Print quality adjustment.
Did you perform Media feed adjustment?
‐ Perform Media feed adjustment.
Is Ink cartridge within the validity period?
‐ Use a non-expired ink cartridge.
Are Nozzles in good condition?
‐ Perform Nozzle check. Then if nozzle missing is found, conduct head cleaning.
‐ Perform Daily Maintenance.
‐ The problem still persists, perform “LittleCharge”.
Did you select an appropriate vacuum fan setting?
- Try lowering the vacuum fan setting. It might improve print quality.
Important!
When you lower the vacuum fan setting, make sure that your media does not warp.
