(4) The power voltage has
been unstable.
Check the power
voltage. It is an instantaneous
power failure. Review the power and
related parts.
It has no failure. Check (5).
(5) The servo amplifier is
malfunctioning.
It is not repeatable. Replace the servo
amplifier. Replace the servo
amplifier, and then check
the repeatability.
It is repeatable. Check (6).
(6) An encoder is
malfunctioning.
It is not repeatable. Replace the servo motor. Replace the servo motor,
and then check the
repeatability.
It is repeatable. Check (7).
(7) Something near the
device caused it.
Check the noise,
ambient temperature,
vibration, etc. It has a failure. Take countermeasures
against its cause.
