When refitting the cover, hold the air with finger or i n air intake
slide on cover, the screw holes. the four cover screws
evenly then check movement of the air o f over
the f u l l travel i s essential, and, when from uppermost

a i r valve should fall with a sharp metallic click onto the carburetter bridge.
Top up damper reservoirs with the recommended o i l (see Section t o
w i t h i n i n
(6.35
mm) o f top o f centre rod.

Unscrew the two screws which retain the temperature unit to
main body of the carburetter and withdraw the assembly. Take inner
from carburetter body and remove outer seal from the Change
both seals and refit the assembly t o carburetter tightening two
