CLEANING
1 .
Disconnect the tuel supply at the carburetters.
2 . Remove the screws retaining the jet covers and gaskets from each carburetter.

Remove the main and idling assemblies, blowing them clean with an air
line.

Remove the float chamber covers by releasing their securing screws.
5. Remove the remaining jets and clean in

above. Note that the pump
concealed beneath a plug on the outside of the carburetter, i n front of
the identification panel. Clean the float chambers and needle valves
petrol, and blow clean with an air line.
6. Check the float level, and ensure floats are free to move. Replace a l l jets.

the air cleaner backplate joining the two carburetters together an
