Check and i f  necessary top  up  clutch fluid reservoir. 

Check operation of clutch and adjust i f  necessary. 

Steering  and Suspension 

Check security of a l l  steering  connections,  including  column 

and mountings. 

Check steering unit and anti- roll bar mountings,  for  tightness.  Check 

o f  

anti- roll bar mounting  rubbers.  Check steering unit for  o i l   leaks,  and 

o f  

rubber 

Check  front damper,  wishbone and 

joint mounting bolts  to

specified  torque loadings.  Check  front  and rear  wheels 

Check  rear 

orm,  damper and lower  link mounting bolts to specified torque 

Check 

a l l  steering and front and rear suspension moving parts  for 

front hub 

bearings  with grease and check  condition of bearings and seals.  Check  front disc 

mounting bolts  to their specified 

Electrical 

Check operation and  function of a l l  electrical  equipment  including headlamps, 

cooling system fans,  screen wiper,  screen  washer,  and internal  and external  lamps. 

Check  security of battery 

and main  earth  connections.  Check  headlamp 

alignment and  focussing.  Check  electrolyte level of battery and  top up 

i f  

necessary. 

Wheels and Tyres 

Check  condition of a l l  wheels,  tyres and tyre valve assemblies.  Set  tyre pressures. 

Clean 

balance a l l  road wheels excluding spare.  Tighten a l l  wheel 

to 

specified torque loading. 

Body 

Check  body  condition generally including door  odjustments,  bonnet and 

adjustment  (opening and closing),  operation of door  locks and 

lock.  Check 

seat  odjustment and operation  of seat belts. 

A i r  Conditioning ( i f  fitted) 

Check 

of 

a l l  

and fan speeds.  Check  Freon  for gassing.
