ACTION FOR No GPS localization
Phenomena: Project file (.tp3) does not contain the control
point file or the number of control points in the control point file
is not enough.
Check the setting item in the control point file for setting project
file, and check if the control point file is set correctly or if the
number of control points in the control point file is enough.
