METHOD FOR COPYING POINTS FILE AND LINEWORK FILE FROM USB FLASH
DRIVE
1.
With “What:”, select the file to be imported.
2.
With “Where:”, select the drive “F:” to which the USB flash
drive is connected.
With “What:”, you can select the following items.
• “3D Linework file (LN3)”:
You can import the Linework files saved directly in the
USB flash drive.
• “3D Points file (PT3)”:
You can import the Point files saved directly in the
USB flash drive.
• “Points from project file (TP3)”:
You can import the Point files from the Project files
saved directly in the USB flash drive.
• “Linework from project file (TP3)”:
You can import the Linework files from the Project files
saved directly in the USB flash drive.
• “Points from Autocad file (DWG)”:
You can import the Point files from the Autocad file
(DWG) saved directly in the USB flash drive.
• “Linework from Autocad file (DWG)”:
You can import the Linework files from the Autocad file
(DWG) saved directly in the USB flash drive.
REMARK
• Display of drive name depends on the connecting con-
dition of the USB flash drive.
• Save the files (LN3, PT3, TP3, and DWG) directly to
the USB flash drive (root directory).
If it is saved in the folder made in the USB flash drive
(sub directly), the control box cannot recognize each
file.
• The USB flash drive with password function cannot be
used.

FOLDER
1.
With “What:”, select the file to be imported.
2.
With “Where:”, select “3DMC folder”.
Selected item with “What:” is the same as when copying
from the USB flash drive.
REMARK
• Extension of the Point files is “PT3”.
• Extension of the Linework files is “LN3”.
• Display of drive name depends on the connecting con-
dition of the USB flash drive.
• The Points and Linework files are saved in 3DMC fold-
er of the control box.
• Use half size of alphanumeric character for the name
of the Control files.
