METHOD FOR SAVING MEASURED DATA
Tap the “Save” button to save the measuring result.
Position Details screen is displayed.
• Select the layer
Tap the pull down list of “Layer” and you can select the lay-
er in which measurement result is saved.
• Input the description
Tap the “Point description” column and input the comment.
Select the “<new description>” and keyboard pops up, and
you can input the comment to the measurement result.
Tap the ENTER button and the measurement result is saved.
Tap the RETURN button to cancel.
METHOD FOR COMPARING WITH BENCHMARK
You can check if there is an error of coordinates of bucket edge
position by comparing the coordinates of bucket edge position
with benchmark (control point) on the “Comp. BM” tab.
(1) “Position of bucket”
World geodetic coordinates of bucket edge position is dis-
played which is set from point pull down list of Position tab.
(2) “Position of benchmark”
Input the benchmark coordinates used for construction into text
box by using the world geodetic coordinates. Tap the item, and
the numeric keypad pops up.
(3) “Offset”
You can offset the coordinates of benchmark in height direc-
tion. Tap the item, and the numeric keypad pops up.
You can input the numeric value within the range of -1000 m to
1000 m.
(4) “Comparison benchmark”
The difference of coordinates between the bucket edge position and the local control point (including offset val-
ue) is displayed.
(5) ENTER button
Tap this button and content of change is saved.
(6) RETURN button
Tap this button and the display returns to the previous screen.
