7 Repairs
2. Open the cover (

). To do this, loosen the two
screws (

).
3. Check the pull-rope emergency stop switch for dirt
and moisture. Remove dirt and moisture as
described in
Section 5.4.4: „Finishing work“, page
steps 2 and 3
4. Check the seal on the cover (

) for damage.
Replace cover (
4
) if the seal is damaged.
5. Close cover (
4
). When closing cover (
4
), ensure that
the cables are not squeezed or damaged. The
cables must not block the mechanics in the device.
6. Tighten the screws (

) evenly to a
tightening
torque of 4 Nm
.
Ingress of dirt and moisture!
Dirt and moisture may cause the device to malfunction
and corrosion.
If dirt and moisture have penetrated the device, you
must clean and dry the device before you close the
hood.

Penetration of dust and moisture if seals are
damaged!
If the hood seal is damaged, dust and moisture may
penetrate the device and damage the device and its
components.
Check the seal for damage before assembly. Replace
the hood if the seal is damaged.
