9.6.2 Trasferire Archivi
La funzione “TRASFERIRE ARCHIVI” consente di trasferire i dati di
produzione memorizzati nel software della duplicatrice, ad
un’unità esterna.
Come accedere alla pagina:
• Dalla pagina “AGGIORNAMENTO SOFTWARE” selezionare il
tasto “TRASFERIRE ARCHIVI”.
Dati visualizzati:
• Viene visualizzata una pagina d’impostazione per il
trasferimento dei dati.
Come procedere:
Selezionare:
- l’archivio dati da trasferire (UTENTI - STORICO CHIAVI);
- Importa o Esporta a seconda dei casi
- la modalità di trasferimento:
-
SMARTMEDIA = trasferimento tramite
Smartcard
-
LAN - USB = trasferimento tramite PC
• premere il tasto “OK” per confermare la scelta;
• premere il tasto “ANNULLA” per ritornare alla pagina
“AGGIORNAMENTO SOFTWARE”.
Attenzione:
Nel caso la Smartcard non sia inserita o la console
non sia collegata al PC apparirà un messaggio di erro-
re. Verificare il collegamento e premere il tasto “SI”
per continuare.
9.6.2 Machine data transfer
The “DATA TRANSFER” function allows you to transfer production
data memorized by the duplicating machine to an external unit.
How to access the screen:
• Select “DATA TRANSFER” from the “SOFTWARE UPDATE”
screen.
Data displayed:
• A setting page for the data transfer is visualized.
Procedure:
• Select:
- The archive of data to transfer (USERS - KEY OUT ARCHIVE);
- Import or Export according to the cases
- The transfer mode:
-
SMARTMEDIA = transfer through Smartcard
-
LAN - USB = transfer through PC
• Press “OK” to confirm the choice;
• Press “CANCEL” to return to the “SOFTWARE UPDATE”
screen.
Warning:
If the Smartcard is not introduced or the console is
not connected to the PC an error message will appear.
Verify the connection and press the “YES” button to
continue.
