Warnings and cautions
VORSICHT:
Akklimatisierungszeit!
VORSICHT:
Die Kaltlicht-Fontäne nach jeder
Behandlung abschalten.
CAUTION:
Acclimatization time!
If the unit is stored/transported at temperatures
less than +10 °C before being put into operation,
condensation may build up on or in the unit. In this
case, it is essential to allow for an acclimatization
time of approx. 3 hours before use.
CAUTION:
Turn the cold light source off each time
it has been used.
WARNUNG:
Die Lichtintensität sollte für den
spezifischen Eingriff angemessen eingestellt sein.
WARNUNG:
Bei Verwendung elektromechanischer
medizinischer Geräte kann es zu einer
elektromagnetischen Störung anderer Geräte,
besonders von Herzschrittmachern, kommen.
Es sind daher Vorkehrungen zu treffen, die
sicherstellen, dass auch in diesem Fall die
Gesundheit des Patienten gewährleistet ist.
WARNUNG:
Das Gehäuse darf mit maximal 20 kg
belastet werden.
WARNUNG:
Patientenableitströme können sich
addieren, wenn Endoskope mit energetisch
betriebenem endoskopisch verwendbarem Zubehör
verwendet werden. Das ist besonders wichtig,
wenn ein Endoskop-Anwendungsteil des Typs
CF eingesetzt wird. In diesem Fall sollte auch
ein endoskopisch verwendbares Zubehör vom
Typ CF verwendet werden, um den gesamten
Patientenableitstrom zu minimieren.
WARNUNG:
Verbrennungsgefahr für den
Patienten und Anwender: Die Temperatur
am Lichtaustrittsfenster des Endoskops
kann 41°C überschreiten. Ferner wird vom
Lichtaustrittsfenster eine hohe Strahlungsenergie
ausgesendet.
Lichtenergie aussetzt.
WARNING:
The light intensity must be set to a
value which is reasonable for the specific interven-
tion.
WARNING:
Use of electromechanical medical
devices can cause electromagnetic interference
in other devices, particularly cardiac pacemak-
ers. Precautions must be taken to ensure that the
patient’s wellbeing is maintained in the event of
such interference.
WARNING:
The housing may be subject to a max-
imum load of 20 kg.
WARNING:
When endoscopes are used with ener-
gized endoscopically-used accessories, the patient
leakage currents may be additive. This is particu-
larly important if a Type CF endoscope is used, in
which case a Type CF endoscopically-used acces-
sory should be used in order to minimize the total
patient leakage current.
WARNING:
Risk of burns to the patient and user:
The temperature of the endoscope‘s light exit win-
dow can exceed 41°C. Moreover, high amounts
of radiant energy are emitted from the light exit
window. This can, for example, lead to irrevers-
ible tissue damage and coagulations, regardless of
whether there is direct tissue contact or not. The
user must therefore ensure
•
that sufficient distance is always maintained
between the tissue and the endoscope‘s light exit
window;
•
that the light energy emitted from the device is
reduced as much as is possible;
•
that the tissue is exposed to the light energy for
as short an amount of time as is possible.
Veiligheidsaanwijzingen
Waarschuwingen en
voorzorgsmaatregelen
WAARSCHUWING:
de behuizing mag met
maximaal 20 kg worden belast.
WAARSCHUWING:
de lekstromen van de patiënten
kunnen zich samenvoegen als endoscopen met
energiegevoede, endoscopisch gebruikte accessoires
worden gebruikt. Dit is van essentieel belang als een
endoscopisch toepassingsdeel van het type CF wordt
gebruikt.
