Refrigerator
Your Krogen 58’ is equipped with a Maytag Jenn-Air 23 cubic foot French Door
Refrigerator.
As part of the delivery packet from Kadey-Krogen, you received a copy of the “Jenn-Air
Refrigerator Guide” which provides excellent comprehensive and detailed information on
the operation and service of your Refrigerator. We highly recommend you become
familiar with the organization, content, and format of that manual.
Record the Model Number and Serial in the “Jenn-Air Refrigerator Guide”, page 1 and in
Appendix G – Equipment Serial Numbers in this Manual.
Operation
The circuit breaker labeled ‘ REFRIGERATOR ’, located on the 120V AC Inverter
Bypass Panel must be turned ON for the Refrigerator to operate.
Sliding the freezer control to
OFF stops cooling in BOTH compartments. This will NOT
shut off power to the Refrigerator.
WARNING
This appliance is designed to operate on a normal 120 volt, 15 amps, 60 cycle line.
This is a separate, grounded circuit serving the Refrigerator only. Do not use an
extension cord to power the Refrigerator.
TIP
Keep the Refrigerator full to near capacity so less cold air will escape when the
freezer door is opened. When the freezer is less than two-thirds full, place milk
cartons half full of water in the freezer.
