Table 8 Operating Mode Indication Using Setting S19
The
and
buttons cannot be used to alter the value of S19 unless
‘off’ mode is selected first; refer to 9.5. Changing Operator Settings after
Commissioning.
S20 Two start value/set point/stop value sets required
The Fridgewatch 2100 Controller provides the facility to toggle or slide
between two different sets of control values: No 1 start value, No 1 set
point and No 1 stop value, and No 2 start value, No 2 set point and No 2
stop value.
There are certain rules which must be followed when using two different
start value/set point/stop value sets.
Either temperature or pressure can be used as the controlling parameter,
or a combination of both types; for example, start on temperature, stop on
pressure, control on temperature. However, different parameters cannot
be used for the same types of control variable. For example. No 1 and
No 2 start values can both be temperature or pressure, but it is not
permitted to use temperature for No 1 start value and pressure for No 2
start value. This important point is illustrated in Table 2.
Leave S20 = 0 (default value) if it is only necessary to use one
start value/set point/stop value set.
If two different start value/set point/stop value sets are required
each day:
S20 = 1: if changeover between sets is accomplished by a time
switch (24 hour clock).
S20 = 2: if changeover between sets will be switched externally
through digital input 3 on the RAMP4 processor card.
NOTE: with two start value/set point/stop value sets
selected, S1, S2 and S3 will display the current start
value, set point and stop value set.
Changes to the current start value/set point/stop value
set can be made by altering S1, S2 or S3 in which case
the corresponding value of settings S21 to S26 for the
current start value/set point/stop value set will change
automatically; refer to Fig 32.
