Information other than trips is also displayed as an ‘event’. If more than
one information only event is present at the same time, the display shows
them in turn. If a trip event occurs while there was an information only
event present, the display cycles showing the trip event then the
information only event. The information only event no longer meaning
that this situation is present, but that it was present at the time of the trip.
These features are illustrated and described under 10. Event Codes
which lists all possible event codes and their possible causes.
8.2. Contents
Starting from the Home Page, press the
button to select the Contents
page; refer to Fig 27.
Use the
and
navigation buttons to scroll down and across to select
one of 5 different menu pages; each page ‘flashes’ when selected. Press
the
ENTER button to select the desired page.
8.3. Measured
Points
The Measured Points page is accessed via the Contents page. Use the
navigation button to scroll down and select the Measured Points page;
the page ‘flashes’ when selected. Press the
ENTER button.
There are 5 points available for display. 14. Appendix 1 - Measured
Points Reference provides a quick-reference to the various measured
points which can be displayed.
8.4.
Operator Settings and Configuration Settings
These settings pages are accessed via the Contents page. Use the
and
navigation buttons to scroll down and across to select the
Operator Settings or Configuration Settings page, press the
ENTER
button.
There are two types of setting:
•
Configuration settings S41/S117
: affect the way
Fridgewatch 2100 interfaces with the refrigeration plant and
must be entered before starting the plant for the first time.
They may be viewed (but not modified) at any time
thereafter by selecting the Configuration Settings page. -R
appears after the title to denote that this page is Read only.
•
Operator settings S1/S36
: can be modified by the operator
while the compressor is running and come into effect
immediately (S37/S40 are display only).
The value of a setting can only be changed by using the Supervisor Key;
refer to Fig 28 and Fig 29.
8.5. Mode
Selection
The Mode Selection page is accessed via the Contents page. Use the
navigation button to scroll across and select the Mode Selection page;
the page ‘flashes’ when selected. Press the
ENTER button.
This page permits the plant operating mode to be changed. All possible
operating modes are illustrated in Fig 8. The operating mode can only be
changed by using the Maintenance Key.

The Information page is accessed via the Contents page. Use the
navigation button to scroll down and select the Information page; the
page ‘flashes’ when selected. Press the
ENTER button.
