E46 P4 (LVDT Input) Over-range or Failed
This event code is implemented when a transmitter is connected to
analogue input 3 on the 3MIO1 card for compressor 1 (refer to Fig 24)
and analogue input 1 on the 3MIO2 card for compressors 2 and 3 (refer
to Fig 26). E46 becomes a trip (compressor healthy off, manual reset) if
P4 is being used for a control function.
Cause:
Failure of the transducer or faulty field wiring.
Remarks:
Check the calibration of the transducer; check field wiring connections.
E47 P5 (Motor Current Input) Over-range or Failed
This event code is implemented when a current transformer with shunt
resistor or 4 to 20 mA signal from a soft-starter or inverter with shunt
resistor is connected to analogue input 4 on the 3MIO1 card for
compressor 1 (refer to Fig 24) and analogue input 3 on the 3MIO2 card
for compressors 2 and 3 (refer to Fig 26). E47 becomes a trip
(compressor healthy off, manual reset) if P5 is being used for a limiting
function.
Cause:
Failure of the current transformer, the shunt resistor or faulty field wiring.
Remarks:
Check the calibration of the P5 input, the ratio of the current transformer
and the value of the resistor.
