This page provides further details of current trips and a history of past
trips.
The processor internal clock current date and time can be displayed from
this page. Update the internal clock using configuration settings S75 to
S81.
8.7. Status
Indicators
There are two status indicators; refer to Fig 3 Display Details.
8.7.1. Micro
Ok
☺
MICRO OK
With power supplied to the Fridgewatch 2100 Controller and the main
isolator turned to the ‘on’ position, MICRO OK should be illuminated. If
the indicator extinguishes, this indicates a microprocessor fault which
cannot be corrected by the Watchdog.
8.7.2. Trip
TRIP
‘Flashes’ to indicate a trip event. Once the trip has been accepted by
pressing the
ACKNOWLEDGE button, TRIP changes from ‘flashing’ to
steady illumination and the local audible alarm is silenced. Identify and
rectify the cause of the trip before pressing the
ACKNOWLEDGE
button a second time to extinguish the
TRIP indicator and clear the
event code from the Home page display.
8.8.
Operator Input Buttons
There are ten input buttons located below the display; refer to Fig 3
Display Details.
When allocating processor time, the Fridgewatch 2100 Controller always
gives first priority to controlling and monitoring the compressor, this
means that the response to pressing an Operator Input Button may not
always be instantaneous. A brief press of a button may not register, or
only register after a short delay. It is therefore recommended to hold the
button down for at least half a second until the display changes.
Operator Input Buttons are associated with the following functions, from
left to right:
8.8.1. Acknowledge
ACKNOWLEDGE
With a trip present, pressing the
ACKNOWLEDGE button once
silences the local audible alarm and changes the ‘flashing’
TRIP
indicator to steady illumination, but does not remove the trip event
indications from the Home page display.
After the cause of the trip has been determined and rectified, a further
press of this button resets the Fridgewatch 2100 Controller, i.e. the
TRIP indicator extinguishes and the event code message(s) clear from
the Home page display.
