Cause:

The parameter monitored by the cut-out connected to terminals x11/x12
has exceeded the cut-out setting, causing the contacts to open.

Remarks:

The Home Page indicates which compressor has tripped. If no cut-out is
fitted, link terminals 111/112 on the 3MIO1 card, 211/212 and 311/312 on
the 3MIO2 card.

E25 to E29 Not Used

E30 Auxiliaries Failed to Start: Trip, Compressor Healthy Off,

Manual Reset

This event code is implemented for all applications.

Cause:

When Fridgewatch 2100 sends a start signal to the auxiliaries starter, a
‘running’ signal must be returned to Fridgewatch within the limit set by
S50 Auxiliaries Start Time.

Remarks:

Check the auxiliaries starter operation and running interlocks.

E31 and E32 Not used

E33 Compressor Lost Running Signal: Trip, Compressor Healthy

Off, Manual Reset

This event code is implemented for all applications.

Cause 1:

The compressor provides Fridgewatch 2100 with a running signal to
indicate that it is operating. If the running signal disappears, other than
when Fridgewatch signals the compressor to stop, Fridgewatch stops the
compressor.

Remarks:

Check the compressor starter operation and running interlocks.

Cause 2:

A fleeting break for a fraction of a second occurred in the trip interlock
chain (HP, LP and LT cut-outs, oil high temperature and compressor high
discharge temperature thermistor relays). It should be noted that this is
an extremely unlikely fault condition.

Remarks:

Check all wiring, external and internal to the Fridgewatch 2100,
associated with the trip interlock circuit. Also check the mechanical
operation of the HP, LP and LT cut-outs and thermistor relays.

E34 Auxiliaries Lost Running Signal: Trip, Compressor Healthy

Off, Manual Reset

This event code is implemented for all applications.

Cause:

The auxiliaries provides Fridgewatch 2100 with a running signal to
indicate that it is operating. If the running signal disappears, other than
when Fridgewatch signals the auxiliaries to stop, Fridgewatch stops the
compressor.
