Filter-Regulator Assembly
The filter-regulator assembly incorporates a shutoff/lockout valve that vents all air
pressure from the system. It can be padlocked in the Off position. This is useful for
servicing the pneumatic devices and for preventing unauthorized persons from
operating the system.
The regulator sets the supply pressure for the manifold. Periodically the filters must
be cleaned or replaced. To access a filter, first turn off the shutoff valve, and then
unscrew the bowl that houses the filter.

Vacuum Sensor Meter
The Vacuum Sensor Meter is the user interface for the Part Vacuum Detect and Air
Puff feature used with the lift chuck. When the workstation software is launched, the
sensor will turn on and display the default pressure readout. The pressure and
vacuum values are preset at the factory and should not be adjusted without
contacting IPG Photonic’s Customer Service.
