Fan Guard Foam Filters

Fan Guard Foam Filters

There are eight foam filters in the IX-6168-PS that protect the air intake fans in the

workstation enclosure; four in the side upper electronics panel, two in the front lower

electronics panel, and two in the right side enclosure wall. Refer to Figure 108 for their

locations.
The filters should be inspected once a month for accumulated debris. Use compressed

air or vacuum to clean or rinse under water and dry.
