9. Grasp the bottom of the laser carriage and pull it sharply towards you. A slight
yank is required to break the inner and outer locking poles away from their clasps
inside the workstation.

10. Continue to pull the laser carriage out of the workstation while taking care to
clear all cables, hoses, and other conduits from the path. After the initial break-
away, the trolley wheels will run smoothly along the rails. The carriage is kept in
place by the high inner walls of the rails, which prohibit the trolley from traveling
off the rails.
Caution:
The fiber cable needs extra care and this point and needs to be supported during the
move.
11. Pull the laser carriage out until it stops. There is now sufficient clearance to access
all cables and hoses that are attached to the laser head. If a complete removal is
required, the standard width of the pallet jack's lift arms will fit perfectly under
the carriage.
12. Gravity and the trolley wheels are all that holds the carriage/laser head assembly
in place. The carriage needs to be raised high enough on the jack to clear the
wheels in order to be pulled out of the workstation.
13. Reverse steps 1 through 9 to re-install the laser head.
