T2:The time is the wait delay time from inverter output contactor actuates command to
receive contactor feedback signal.
T3:The time is the elevator start running to the output frequency reach to the FDT1 level
detection value.
T4:The time is the wait delay time from inverter brake-releasing output command to receive
the braking contactor feedback signal.
T5:The time is the wait delay time from inverter entering the zero speed operation to output
closed-brake command (reaching to the FDTI lag detection value).
T6:The time is the wait delay time from inverter output closed-brake command to receive
stopping command of external control.
T7:Inverter stops delay time.
Specification of running sequence:
After inverter receive the running command (FWD) and running speed command
(s3~s6), delay the time of T1,the inverter output contactor actuate control command
(RO1);
After T2, when the inverter received the feedback signal from contactor, the inverter is
running at 0 speed, and output the signal of released-brake at the same time when the
ramp given frequency reach to FDT1 level detection value.
After T4, the inverter received the feedback signal of braking contactor, after affirming
it is open completely, the inverter is accelerated running with S curve.
After the controller cut off the speed command (s3~s6), the inverter is decelerated
running with S curve. When the running speed drop at the FDT1 lag detection value,
inverter output the command of closed-brake, and require the controller to cut off
running command.
After T6, when it receives the stop command, and after T7, the inverter is stop, at the
same time the inverter output cutting contactor command. At this time, one operation
cycle is over.
