Make sure the encoder direction is correct by check the P20.09 in the open loop mode. If the 

value  is  negative  when  elevator  running  up,  it  means  the  encoder  direction  is  wrong. 

Otherwise it is correct. By changing the wiring  of A phase  and B phase  or by modifying the 

P20.02 value can make it to be correctly.
