When the level E function is turned on, each character is printed at the center of
the area determined by the character pitch and line pitch. See the figure below.

The above control codes for setting line pitch must be taken into consideration the
following points:
When the level E function is turned on, the upper and lower ends of a line are
determined by the set line pitch at the instance when the first character code or
image data for this line is received. Then, the print position moves vertically so that
print data is positioned at the center of the area determined by the upper and lower
ends of the line. (See the figure below.)
After the print position has moved vertically, the line pitch of the current line cannot
be changed. If it is changed, it is effective for the next and succeeding lines.
