Specifies the single or double byte character to be overstruck. The
character specified is overstruck after this. The previously specified
overstrike ends when the cancellation specified (set Bit0 of c1 to 0) or
the overstrike mode is newly specified.
To specify n1, n2, c1, c2, c3, or (c4), do the following:
