NOTE:

Four transit brackets are installed in the rack for stability during shipping (one bracket

in each corner of the rack). The transit brackets can remain in place or be removed after the
HP StoreAll 9730 Storage system installed. One of the brackets covers the power supply so
if the power supply needs to be serviced, the transit bracket will have to be removed. For
more information about the transit brackets, see the HP Intelligent Rack Family User Guide:

Configuring HP StoreAll 9730 nodes with iLO

Before configuring your HP StoreAll Storage system, you must configure the nodes with iLO.

To set up iLO on the HP StoreAll node, create an iLO account on each HP StoreAll node (server)
that is to be part of the installed cluster:
1.

Using the keyboard, video, mouse (KVM), connect to the initial HP StoreAll node.

2.

Power on or reset (

) the node, and watch the boot messages. After the boot
