For 5573, 5574, and 5577 printers, uses 10-point,
12-cpi landscape text for header and trailer pages.
The entire page is visible when using letter size or A4
size paper.
For 5577 printers, issues a PCL job-separation
command before printing the job, which causes each
job to be offset in the output bin.

For Spooler collectors, causes the print process to
set the destination job OWNER to the
PROCESSACCESSID of the print process. If this bit
is not set, the OWNER of the destination job is the
same as the original job.

For Spooler collectors, causes the print process to
set the HOLDAFTER ON attribute on the destination
job regardless of the value of the HOLDAFTER
attribute of the original job.

For Spooler collectors, causes the print process to
preserve the value of the HOLDAFTER attribute of
the original job. If this bit is not set, the destination job
is spooled as if the HOLDAFTER is set to OFF.

For Spooler collectors, causes the print process to
use the device #
qualifier.name
as the location
of the destination job. If this bit is not set, the location
of the original job is preserved when the job is sent to
the remote collector. If the collector is running in the
same Spooler subsystem as the print process, the
print process behaves as though bit 13 is set and
does not preserve the original job location.
For FASTPTCP, this bit is used to generate an extra
CR (hex 0d) when setmode 27,1 (pre-space) is in
effect, This is needed for some Xerox printers via
LPD1179.

Sets paper length to 72 lines rather than the default
66 lines. This information applies when printing trailer
pages (HEADER BATCH).

Prints any header and trailer pages within the scope
of any FONT job. For example, if a FONT job selects
landscape printing on a 5573 printer, setting this bit
sets landscape for the header and trailer pages
rather than the default portrait mode. If this bit is not
set, header and trailer pages are printed outside the
scope of the FONT jobs.
