Spooler FASTP Network Print Processes Manual — 427528-006

FASTP EMS 512 Text Messages

Recovery. 

Correct the parameter, and restart the Spooler device. (Depending on the 

device configuration, the device might restart automatically.)

proc-num

is the process number (CPU, PIN) of the process.

device-name

is the Spooler device name.

err-num

is a file-system error code or an internal FASTPTCP code.

Cause. 

This message applies to FASTPTCP and Lexmark printers only. It indicates 

the Lexmark job completion protocol is not working correctly.

Effect. 

The Spooler job is terminated and requeued, and the Spooler device is placed 

offline.

Recovery. 

Try a reset of the Lexmark device.
