Installation and Configuration Troubleshooting

This subsection describes some of the most common problems that you might 
encounter when installing and configuring FASTPXNS. If this information fails to solve 
your problem, contact your service provider for further assistance.

No Response to FASTPXNS Ethernet Requests

In normal operation, the first problem you might encounter is that the Xerox controller 
fails to respond to connect requests from FASTPXNS. This problem causes the 
Spooler device to be placed offline with error 104. Unfortunately, FASTPXNS cannot 
detect the reason the Xerox controller is not responding — it only knows that the 
controller is not responding and not why.
