3.2.1 Methods of Measurement of Touch-current and Protective

Conductor Current (IEC/TR 60990 (1990-06))

Power supply

For simple voltage rated equipment, the rated v a tolerance that
anticipates variances in supply
For rated equipment within the nominal voltage range, the maximum voltage in
the range + a tolerance that anticipates variances in supply
Maximum rated nominal frequency

Point of measurement

Between the accessible part (connected to terminal A) and the earth (connected
