6.3 Enclosure Leakage Current Measurement Mode (for IEC/TR 60990)

Opens the measurement current set-up window. Set the measurement current.
When set to AC peak, the filter cannot be set to OFF. If set to OFF, it
automatically changes to ON1.
When set to DC, the filter cannot be set to ON2. If set to ON2, it automatically
changes to OFF.

Prints out the maximum value displayed on the screen.
