Equipment to
be measured

As shown in the figure, the 9461 PIN-TYPE
LEAD has a SENSE sheathed by the
SOURCE. When touched to the equipment
to be measured, both the SENSE and the
SOURCE must be in contact with the
equipment to be measured.

(2) When using the 9287 CLIP-TYPE LEADS

The 9287 CLIP-TYPE LEADS are connected as shown in the figure. Connect
to all four terminals.

Do not connect anything to the auxiliary power outlet of the 3155.

1. When the power cord is removable.

Touch the clip-type leads between the protective earth terminal and the
enclosure which is not protectively earthed.
Allowable value: 100 m

Ω

2. When the power cord is not removable.

Touch the clip-type leads between the protective earth pin of the power plug
and the enclosure which is not protectively earthed.
Acceptable value: 200 m
