Sets the applied part type of the equipment to be measured. (ME equipment only)

Syntax

Function

Sets the applied part type of the equipment to be measured.
B   Type B applied part
BF Type BF applied part
CF Type CF applied part

Note

Use this command only after using the ":MODE" command to set to OFF
(the measuring mode is not selected).

Example

The applied part type of the equipment to be measured is set to the type B.

If the measuring mode has been selected, an error occurs.
