The manufacturer or the authorised person is obliged to communicate special documentation for partially
complete machinery to individual state authorities if reasonably requested. This communication takes place:
industrial rights remain unaffected.
Important note: partially complete machinery may only be taken into operation when it has been
determined that the machine/installation in which the partially complete machinery is to be installed
complies with the terms of this directive
