Seat Bottom Replacement

Tool List

Qty. Required

Phillips screwdriver, large # 3 ..................................... 1

There is no need to remove the seat bottom
frame from hinges (item 2).

Raise the seat bottom (item 1) (Ref Fig. 1 on page C-1).
Remove the screws (item 3) and the washers (item 4)
from the back of seat bottom frame (item 5) using Phillips
screwdriver. Remove the seat bottom (item 1).

Installation of seat bottom is the reverse of disassembly.

Seat Back Replacement

Release the truck bed handle and raise the bed (Ref Fig.
2 on page C-1). Remove the screws (item 1) and the
washers (item 2) securing the seat back to the cover
plate (item 3) using Phillips screwdriver. Remove the
seat back (item 4).

Installation of seat back is the reverse of disassembly.
