Park vehicle on a level surface. Engage park brake.

Release truck bed handle and lift the bed.

Remove the ratchet fasteners (item 1) from the top of
rear fender (Ref Fig. 18 on page C-11). Hold the screws
(item 2) using 3/8" wrench, and remove the nut (item 3)
using 7/16" socket. Remove the washer (item 4).
Remove the rear fender (item 5) from the lower side
panel and frame.

Installation of the rear fender is reverse of disassembly
using new lock nuts.

Tighten the hardware per torque specification table given
below.
