IIEN[7:0], EIEN[7:0]: Interrupt Enable Bits
These bits permit or prohibit interrupt events.
1 (R/W): Interrupt permitted
0 (R/W): Interrupt prohibited (default)
Setting the interrupt enable bit to 1 permits interrupts. Setting it to 0 prohibits interrupts.
Even if interrupt prohibition has been set, the corresponding interrupt can still be used to cancel Stand-
by mode.
