Appendix 2 Controller Alarms and Warnings
1.1 Controller Alarms
1.1.1 System Alarms (1-999)
1.1.1.1 Alarm 1
Fault Description: Abnormity in the value of user register that can be kept
Fault Reasons: The read value of user register that can be kept is inconsistent with that of the last time
when it was switched off.
Solutions: If an alarm occurs after the controller is powered on, please keep pressing the red ADV
button on the controller and restart it.
1.1.1.2 Alarm 2
Fault Description: Abnormity in the value of parameter register that can be kept
Fault Reasons: The read value of the parameter register that can be kept is inconsistent with that of the
last time when it was switched off.
Solutions: If an alarm occurs when the controller is powered on, please keep pressing the red ADV
button on the controller and restart it.
1.1.1.3 Alarm 3
Fault Description: Abnormity in system alarm information
Fault Reasons: The system alarm information is inconsistent with that of the last time when it was
switched off.
Solutions: If an alarm occurs when the controller is powered on, please keep pressing the red ADV
button on the controller and restart it.
1.1.1.4 Alarm 10
Fault Description: Abnormity in encoder connection
Fault Reasons: Encoder fault
Solutions: Check the wiring between the encoder and the controller.

Fault Description: Abnormity in following error
Fault Reasons: The difference between the target position and the actual position exceeds the
maximum allowable value.
