6. Remove the strong interference source around the drive. The drive and the surrounding strong
interference source can be powered separately;
7. Add line filter to the input power of the drive;
8. Replace the drive;
9. Upgrade the drive DSP firmware;
10. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.27 Alarm 740
Fault Description: Position sensor fault (hardware error)
Fault Reasons: Position sensor fault (hardware error)
Solutions:
1. Check the wiring of the motor encoder to ensure that it is connected correctly;
2. The encoder cable and the motor power cable increase magnetic rings;
3. Connect to the ground wire of the drive reliably;
4. Check whether the specific parameters of the sensor are configured correctly;
5. Replace the motor encoder;
6. Remove the strong interference source around the drive. The drive and the surrounding strong
interference source can be powered separately;
7. Add line filter to the input power of the drive;
8. Replace the drive;
9. Upgrade the drive DSP firmware;
10. Restart the electric cabinet.

Solutions:
1. Check the pages related to the brake in the EC2A configuration;
2. Check whether the braking wiring of the brake is reasonable;
3. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.29 Alarm 742
Fault Description: The value of the MaxMotorSpeed parameter is not compatible with the maximum
speed that can be detected by the actual value configured by the device using speed loop parameter.

speed that can be detected by the actual value configured by the device using speed loop parameter.
Solutions:
1. Optimize PID parameters to improve the speed tracking performance;
2. Check whether the drive parameters are set correctly;
3. Check the connection of the encoder cable to ensure that it is reliable;
4. Strengthen the anti-inference measures of the encoder cable, such as increasing a magnetic ring,
using a shielded twisted pair cable and reliable grounding, etc.
