1.3.1.4 Alarm 639
Fault Description: Braking resistor is overloaded.
Fault Reasons: Braking resistor is overloaded.
Solutions:
1. Check the wiring of the braking resistor;
2. Replace the braking resistor;
3. Change the operating condition of the motor to avoid frequent E-stop operations, such as extending
the stop time of the motor;
4. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.5 Alarm 640
Fault Description: FANS fault of internal cabinet
Fault Reasons: FANS fault of internal cabinet
Solutions:
1. Open the cabinet. Clean the wiring of draught fan and check whether it has poor contact;
2. Check whether the drive parameters are set properly;
3. Replace the draught fan;
4. Restart the electric cabinet.

Fault Description: Fault activation on PFC (Power Factor Correction)
Fault Reasons: Fault activation on PFC (Power Factor Correction)
Solutions:
1. Alarm reset;
2. Replace the drive;
3. Restart the electric cabinet.

1. Check whether the STO input signal and its conversion are normal;
