1. Adjust the input power of the drive to the allowable range;
2. Replace the drive;
3. Set the drive parameters correctly;
4. Check whether the input power line of the drive is in poor contact;
5. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.34 Alarm 753
Fault Description: This is a power supply error. And the value of DC bus bar is greater than the
selected threshold.
Fault Reasons: This is a power supply error. And the value of DC bus bar is greater than the selected
threshold.
Solutions:
1. Adjust the input power of the drive to the allowable range;
2. Reduce the deceleration of motor stop;
3. Set the drive parameters correctly;
4. Check the wiring of dynamic braking resistor to ensure that it is connected correctly;
5. Reduce appropriately the resistance value of dynamic braking resistor, which cannot be lower than
the allowable minimum value. And then the power of the dynamic braking resistor can be increased.
6. Replace the drive;
7. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.35 Alarm 754
Fault Description: Drive I2T value is greater than the threshold.
Fault Reasons: Drive I2T value is greater than the threshold.
Solutions:
1. Reduce the actual mechanical load of the motor;
2. Increase the acceleration and deceleration time of the motor;
3. Check the transmission mode of mechanical load to ensure that there is no jamming or any other
phenomenon;
4. Check the wiring of the motor brake to ensure that it is reliable;
5. Check whether the drive parameters are set properly;
6. Replace the motor;
7. Replace the drive;
8. Restart the electric cabinet.

Fault Description: The motor I2T value is greater than the threshold.
Fault Reasons: The motor I2T value is greater than the threshold.
Solutions:
1. Reduce the actual mechanical load of the motor;
