1.3.1.9 Alarm 644
Fault Description: Hardware circuit torque (STO) is closed when the drive is powered on
Fault Reasons: Hardware circuit torque (STO) is closed when the drive is powered on
Solutions:
1. Check whether the STO input signal and its conversion are normal;
2. Check the delay time of the power supply setting is less than that of the STO;
3. Check the STO cable connection;
4. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.10 Alarm 645
Fault Description: PFC fault
Fault Reasons: Code meaning:
-0x0001 = Vin_AC power failure (fault)
-0x0002 = Vin_AC undervoltage
-0x0004 = Vin_AC overvoltage
-0x0008 = Vbus_DC undervoltage
-0x0010 = Vbus_DC overvoltage
-0x0020 = Vin_AC overload
-0x0040 = braking resistor overload
-0x0100 = braking circuit hardware fault
-0x0200 = Vin_AC under/over frequency
-0x0080 = PFC temperature is too high
-0x0400 = PFC circuit hardware fault
-0x0800 = PFC circuit hardware fault
-0x1000 = PFC power supply undervoltage/overvoltage (or Vref fault)
Solutions:
1. Check whether the AC input power wiring is disconnected or has poor contact;
2. Check whether the DC input power wiring is disconnected or has poor contact;
3. Check whether the AC input power is in a state of undervoltage or overvoltage;
4. Check whether the DC input power is in a state of undervoltage or overvoltage;
5. Check whether the wiring of the braking resistor is disconnected or poorly connected. If possible,
try to replace it;
6. Check whether the wiring of the braking circuit is disconnected or poorly connected.
7. Check whether the PFC hardware circuit is abnormal;
8. Check whether the heat dissipation and ventilation environment of the cabinet are good;
9. Replace the drive;
10. Restart the electric cabinet.

Fault Description: Fault activation on pulse width modulated power stage peripherals
