3. Avoid damaging the wiring during transporting and installation. In addition,
take precautionary measures, such as using protective cover, after installation to
avoid wiring being damaged by operators and forklifts.
4. If the robot is not fastened on the base and remains stationary, it will be
unstable in the entire work area. Moving arms, which shifts the centre of gravity,
may cause tipping over. The most stable posture for robot is in packaging and
transporting, so do not change it before it is fastened to the base.
2.3.2 Transporting of Control Cabinet
This small control cabinet can be moved by one person and handled with care in a short distance; for
long distance transporting, a trailer or forklift should be used. Attention should be paid to avoiding violent
vibration, tipping, and slipping.

2.4 Electrical Connection
The robot and control cabinet are connected by power cables, encoder cables, and ground wires. Be
sure to fix them before connection, and then connect them with cables from the left side of the control
cabinet and to the connector at the back of the base of the body. Powers cables and encoder cables are
designed against anti-plugging, so pay attention to connection directions.
1. Connecting cables must be done after cutting off the power supply.
2. Do not wind the excess part (above 10m) of the cables into coils. If used in such a
state, the temperature of the cables rises significantly when robot perform certain
movements, which may make adverse effects on the coating of the cables.
3. Please connect the mechanism and control part with ground wire before switching on
the power of control devices, or risks of electric shock exist.
