(30 mmHg) are shown alongside the measured value
(38 mmHg).
A disabled alarm limit is indicated by two dashes
(– –).
Disabled CO
2
alarms are indicated by a

symbol in
the measurement field.
If only the etCO
2
HIGH alarm or the FiCO
2
HIGH
alarm are disabled (in the alarm limit menu), this is
indicated by a
_ symbol in the measurement field.
If APNEA FLOW alarm and MV LOW alarm are dis-
abled, a
g
symbol is displayed in the measurement
field.
If only the MV LOW alarm is disabled, this is indicat-
ed by a
_ symbol.
To set an alarm limit:

Place cursor bar on the alarm limit by turning dial
knob, press to confirm.
The alarm limit is highlighted.
●
Set a new value by turning dial knob,
press to confirm.
The new alarm limit is now effective. The cursor bar
returns to the
z z z z
symbol.
For adjustment range of the alarm limits, see table to
the right:
To quit the alarm limits menu:

Press the dial knob,
or

press the
Q
key.
