Check that all stop valves of the refrigerant circuit are open. See

Perform a check of the compressor. See

Faulty compressor or miswiring of the compressor power

Check liquid back issue. Check expansion valve operation. See

Expansion valve CANNOT keep minimum superheat of 3 K
while running as evaporator.

Check if the refrigerant circuit is correctly charged. See
