To solve the error code
INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed order.

Check the water pressure. See

Water pressure is too low.

Check the water flow. See

Water flow is too low.

Check that all stop valves of the water circuit are open. See
Possible cause:
Closed stop valve in the water circuit.

Purge the water circuit. See

Air in the water circuit.

Perform a check of the outdoor air thermistor. See

Possible cause:
Faulty ambient air thermistor.

Perform a check of all expansion valves. See

Possible cause:
Faulty expansion valve.

Check that all stop valves of the refrigerant circuit are open. See
Possible cause:
Closed stop valve in the refrigerant circuit.

Check if the refrigerant circuit is clogged. See

Check if the refrigerant circuit is correctly charged. See
