Repair procedures

To remove the backup heater

Prerequisite:

Stop the unit operation via the user interface.

Prerequisite:

Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.

Prerequisite:

Remove the required plate work.

Drain water from the water circuit, see

"4.3.2 Repair procedures"

Unscrew and remove the air purge valve from the backup heater. Keep for
reuse.

Cut the insulation that covers the upper backup heater coupling.

Open the insulation and remove the screw from the pipe clamp.
