Wrong definition at the installation of the 
control unit. 

Redefine the sub-central.

BAD ANSWER (Abnormal condition) 

 

Bad communication with one loop unit or several loop units, this could be 
temporary. This fault code is sent when interference in the communication is 
detected. 

 

Cause Remedy

 

Bad communication with one or several 
loop units. 

Exchange the loop unit if the 
condition remains or returns. 

 

22 NO 

ANSWER 

 

The loop unit doesn't answer. 

 

Cause

 

Remedy

 

Wrong type of section unit. 

Exchange to the correct section 
unit. 

Two loop units have the same address. 

Check the units. 

Hardware fault 

Exchange the unit. 

A fuse is blown. A secondary fault 
appears, code (83). 

Exchange the fuse. 

Cable break in a loop or system loop. A 
secondary fault APPEARS, code (121). 

Mend the cable. See
