Step 4. Please wait for at least 30 seconds
before conducting Walk Test for
another device under Idle Mode.
6.4. Global Test

Global Test is used to test if the complete
system is working properly.
To do the Global Test:
Step 1. Press the RESET button once.
Step 2. Within 5 seconds , press Pendant
button.
Step 3. SUPER 32-DT35A will emit a
short beep, voice prompt “Global
Test”, and report to Monitoring
Center.
6.5. Test Call

Test call is used to test if panel can make a
successful call to the CMS. You can use
command 00 or Super Tool to assign a
unique phone number for the test call.
To make a Test call:
Step 1. Press the TEST button once.
Step 2. SUPER 32-DT35A will play voice
prompt “Test Call being placed”,
and dial the test call number to
CMS.
Step 3. When the CMS operator answers
the call, two-way communication
will be established. Or the test call
can be routed to a voicemail by
CMS.
6.6. Factory Reset
SUPER 32-DT35A will clear all programmed
parameters by the following sequence:
Step 1. Press the Power Button to power off
SUPER 32-DT35A. Make sure the
power cord is still plugged into the DC
Jack.
Step 2. Press the Power Button again to
power on SUPER 32-DT35A while
holding down both the
HELP &
RESET buttons, until one long beep
is heard, indicating that the Factory
Reset is successful.
Step 3. Release both buttons

Once the Fatory Reset is executed, all
the programmed data is returned to its
default value and all the devices that have
been learned-in are removed. You will
have to do the programming and learnt-in
the devices one by one again.
6.7. Enable/Disable System
Reporting
 The 11
th
Caller ID (programmed with
Command #00 ) can be used to
Enable/Disable the system reporting
function.
 When SUPER 32-DT35A is in normal
operation with reporting function enabled,
calling the SUPER 32-DT35A with the 11
th
Caller ID will disable the system reporting
function.
Events will not be reported to CMS when
system reporting is disabled. If any alarm
is activated when system reporting is
disabled, Super 32 will play voice prompt
“Unit has been disabled.”
Pressing the Reset Button will clear the
Panel of its current events.
 Calling SUPER 32-DT35A with the 11
th
Caller ID when reporting function is
disabled will enable the system reporting
function.
