6. Operation
6.1. Idle Mode
When the system is in Idle Mode, the SUPER
32-DT35A is ready to perform the following
functions:
6.1.1. Answer Incoming Phone Calls
This function is only available when Command
#31 is set as
ON (factory default is OFF ).
 For an Incoming telephone call, SUPER
32-DT35A will emit cycles of 2 quick
beeps.
 User can answer the call either by
pressing the
Pendant Button or the
HELP BUTTON on SUPER 32-DT35A.
 Once SUPER 32-DT35A answers the call,
it
will open a Two-Way Voice
Communication. The HELP BUTTON
white backlight illuminates.

To hang-up, press the Pendant Button again
or the RESET button on SUPER 32-DT35A.

By default 15-minute is allowed for each call.
6.1.2. Auto-Answer Incoming Calls
 Caller ID : Users can program up to 200
Caller IDs using Command #00 .
 When an incoming call matches with any
of the programmed Caller ID(s) (except
for the 11
th
Caller ID), SUPER 32-DT35A
will auto-answer the call without checking
access code or any button press. A two-
way communication will be established.

SUPER 32-DT35A will match the numbers
starting from the last digit, and verify 10
digits at the most.
For example, if a number string 321 is
programmed, SUPER 32-DT35A will
instantly pick up any call that has 321 as
the last 3 digits.
If a number string 17605851848 is
programmed, SUPER 32-DT35A will
instantly pick up any call that has
7605851848 as the last 10 digits. The first
digit "1" of the Caller ID will be ignored.

The 11

Caller ID is used for
disabling/enabling system reporting
function. Please refer to 5.6.
Enable/Disable System Reporting .
6.1.3. AC Power Check Up
 If the AC Power failure is detected for 10
seconds or longer, the GREEN LED starts
to flash as a visual warning to the user
and voice prompt “Power failure, check
power cord.”
 Once the AC Power resumes, the GREEN
LED turns steady on again and will voice
prompt “Power restored.”
 If the AC Power failure lasts for an hour,
SUPER 32-DT35A will send an AC Failure
report to the Monitoring Center.
 After the Power restoration lasts more
than one hour, SUPER 32-DT35A will
report AC Restore to the Monitoring
Center.
6.1.4. SUPER 32-DT35A Low Battery
 SUPER 32-DT35A continuously checks its
own Battery Condition 30 minutes after
powering up.

When the battery low condition lasts for 4
-
6 mins , SUPER 32-DT35A will report to
the Monitoring Center, and the GREEN
LED slowly flashes.
 If Low Battery condition persists, SUPER
32-DT35A will emit 2 short beeps every
hour.
 Press the RESET button to clear the
warning beeps, and the LED remains
flashing slowly.
 After the battery voltage is restored and
lasts for 12 hours, SUPER 32-DT35A will
send
Battery Restore report to Monitoring
Center and the GREEN LED returns to
steady ON.
6.1.5. SUPER 32-DT35A Battery
Disconnection
 SUPER 32-DT35A can detect the absence
of battery in the following cases:
 Battery not connected

Battery failure.
 When the battery disconnection lasts for
10-15 minutes, SUPER 32-DT35A will
report to the Monitoring Center and the
