Other reporting methods include Contact ID, Scancom, Tunstall, Speech, VRI Monitoring protocol,
Franklin 4 + 2, Auto CID/ Franklin 4 + 2.
When "Others" radio button is selected, the other reporting options will be displayed in the
21#-26#
Reporting
Method drop-down lists. You can program the Alarm reporting method for each Tel.
Number (1st-6th Tel.) by selecting from each drop-down menu respectively.
The Dial Call Reporting Telephone tab will be deactivated when Other reporting method(s) is/are
selected. (Please see

)
8# Report Sequence:

Alternate Report Sequence: The reporting sequence will go through all reporting destinations
once before retrying the same reporting destination. E.g.
1 > 2 > 3 > 1 > 2 > 3 > 1 > 2 > 3 > …

One-by-One Report Sequence: The reporting sequence will go through the same reporting
destination for 4 times until reporting to the next reporting destination (for 4 times). E.g.
1 > 1 > 1 > 1 > 2 > 2 > 2 > 2 > 3 > …
18# Report Format (when to stop reporting):

One successful digital and one successful speech reporting
: If both digital reporting and
speech reporting are programmed, the sequence of reporting will be terminated after one
successful digital reporting (in CID, Scancom, Tunstall or Franklin 4 + 2 format) and one
successful speech reporting.
If only digital reporting is programmed or only speech reporting is programmed, the
sequence of reporting will be terminated automatically after one reporting is answered
successfully.

The sequence of reporting will be terminated automatically after one
reporting has been answered successfully.

All reporting successful:
The sequence of reporting will be terminated when all
programmed reportings (digital, speech, or both) are answered successfully.

Select which telephone number (1-6)
is/are to be used for Medical Alarm Reporting. (e.g. WTR / Help button/Fall Sensor Button Trigger)

After updating settings in the Report tab, click the
“Write” button to upload the tab’s new settings to
the Control Panel. A
“Write Settings command success” message will pop up, click “OK” to
proceed.
